Cooperation, Consequences and Keeping Your Sanity Parenting Seminar

Rick Martin, principal at Cornerstone Christian School, was recently trained through the National Center for Biblical Parenting to present a parenting seminar that teaches parents how to give instruction, bring correction and end discipline times with a positive conclusion.

Parents will come to understand the five steps  for giving good   instructions and learn how to bring correction if a child fails to obey or follow through. The entire teaching focuses on the heart of the child and seeks to work from the inside out to bring behavioral change.  Dr. Scott Turansky and Mrs. Joanne Miller from the National Center for Biblical Parenting developed this seminar and have trained over 80 presenters to help parents understand the need to reach beyond common behavior modification strategies. If children are going to learn how to do live according to Biblical standards, they need to be challenged and trained from the heart. This seminar is designed to equip parents with practical tools to address the heart and lead children toward lasting change.
